I think my account got hacked

I was contacting eBay through eBay Facebook on messenger and they contacted me back saying

Thanks for reaching out here. We'll be happy to review with you to see the best way forward. When does it show it sold? May we also ask you to verify your account: http://sâ€”â€”â€”â€”-

Thanks. ~Lori

i did click on the link to verify my account and logged in and it was in eBay website

then she messaged me back and she was telling me personal information about my account

The Ebay reps do have access to your account information.

What makes you think your eBay account got hacked?

Any account anyone has could have been hacked.

Doesn't show you buy much on this account...like a few items.
