I can't list, revise or sell similar via my mobile app.
Each time I try to list, revise or sell similar my app has just started asking me to list via web browser. I'm selling in Car Parts. Always been fine up until yesterday.
I deleted cache, uninstall the app, restarted my phone, installed app again. Still not fixed.
Im using a galaxy Android 14

·8 months agoI contacted ebay they said this is the way its going to be from now on when listing car parts.
It takes so long to list parts now.
Hopefully it will change back 🤞🤞

OP8 months agoI also contacted them 3 times, Twice they promised to call me back after they has spoke to the IT department. They never called back..
Third person just told me it's a glitch and will be ok tomorrow. Still not ok though.
I do personally think it must be some kinda problem going on? How I'm having to list things at the moment is not good at all.
I'm now having all these other issues on the main site, nothing seems to be working correctly.
Hopefully soon they sort it out.

You should try just using the web browser on your phone, or on a computer, and see if that allows you to fix the problem. Or at least get more details about what they need you to do. Try tapping the blue link "Resume listing from web browser" and go on from there.
You're in the UK, selling auto parts that are available for shipping to the USA through the eBay Global Shipping Programme.
The problem may be that you need to change your return policy, because in the USA, eBay now requires that auto parts have 30 day Free Returns. Your listings are showing "No returns" when I use a shipping address in the USA. You may need to update your return policy on the core site, not on mobile.
Or, you could block shipping to the USA, and see if that solves the problem and allows you to list. The import charges are very high for shipping your items to the USA, and free returns may not be an acceptable business option.

OP8 months agoThanks, I tried all that but still the same. I think the problem is soe kinda glitch at the moment.
