Hi. I have an iPhone 10 (x). Until the last update all has been well and the eBay app worked well.
But the app no longer works and it’s saying download an earlier app. However it’s stuck saying unable to do it. So now I can’t use the eBay app on my iPhone ten. How can this be rectified?

·1 year agoIf you're still having trouble @devonlad1 , make sure you're connected to WiFi - the update may not work if using mobile data.

·1 year agoHi @devonlad1 . With an iPhone X you should be able to update to a compatible version of the eBay app.

- Requires Android 10 or better
- Requires iOS 17 or better, but there are directions for iOS 16 users to download an older version of the app
If you cannot update to a compatible OS then you can still access eBay from a web browser on your device, and you'll probably want to delete the app so links open in your browser instead of the app.
