Glitchy barcode scanner iphone 13 plus/ios 15

Anyone else having an issue with the barcode scanner on the ebay app? Whenever I tap the camera icon to scan a barcode, it will “flick” twice like its taking 2 photos and then on the third “flick” it will finally scan. Really annoying and time wasting. I’m using the iPhone 13 Pro Max.
