The latest Android version of the eBay app (6.250.0.1) seems to be working for me, as is the mobile web site, and the desktop site.
If the app is not working for you, make sure you have the latest available version and that your operating system actually supports it. Try uninstalling the app/restarting/reinstalling. The restart in between is necessary to ensure a clean install. If that does not help, try reporting the issue by shaking your device while the app is active (if the app is working and the feature is enabled) or else contact eBay through the web site or social media direct message on Instagram. Then use a browser to reach ebay.com instead of the app until there is an update that works for you. You may need to disable the feature of the app that automatically opens eBay browser links in the app if you are using a mobile browser, or else delete the app entirely.

OP5 months agoit woks fine on my laptop if that's what you mean.
if i try to use on my phone by safari, it always directs to the app...and freeze!

I use Safari on my iPhone and IPad without issue I don’t use the app it’s too glitchy as you’re finding out.
