fraud

This is a scam app. The item I bought was defective right out of the box; I returned it, but I never got my money back. What a total scam!

Did you open up an official eBay return, or did you just mail it back to the seller?

If you didn't open up an official eBay return case, you may be out of luck.

eBay told me to return an item I purchased, and I have already returned it, but I still haven't received my refund. The eBay app is truly terrible.

Even though the eBay app told you to return the item, if you didn't open up an official eBay return case, the seller won't give you a refund.
