False "Winning" label

Question

There is a false "winning" label inside the Watchlist. I have not bid on either item.â€ƒAndroid v14Galaxy S21Latest ebay app update as of today.

Hi @bigfoot9999 . File a tech report - it's fast and easy and eBay does review these reports. The more people reporting, the higher priority the issue will get in the fix queue.

Options through the app:

1. Shake your device while the app is open and that will trigger the option for you to file a tech report or submit feedback on product features.

2. Anywhere you see the three dots or the ? you can tap on that to file a report. Screenshot below.

There's another post saying the same thing. Items on their watch list is showing winning, when they haven't bid on the items.

Have you tried accessing the account via a webpage instead of the app?

Just to make sure? I mean this could be faked somehow. Or someone else used your phone or account to place bids on those items. And if that's the case, you may be able to retract the bids.

This could also be one of those cases where the images are being loaded incorrectly, if you indeed haven't bid on them and are not showing any bid history on the account for them.
