eBay uk app not working
Summary: Multiple participants are discussing issues with the eBay UK app. sefr52 has been experiencing problems with their account turning black and is frustrated due to potential loss of progress. adam-zara-2009 is also facing login issues with the app despite a recent update.
The app won’t let me sign in. Can sign in browser and when I try switching to app it says “something went wrong†when I try signing into it with the same credentials as the website.

Did you specifically try uninstalling the eBay app, restarting your device, then reinstalling the latest version of the app in that order?

·5 days agoI’ve been using this account for 8 years, but everything has turned black. Please fix it; otherwise, all my progress is going to waste. It’s really frustrating.

What operating system version number and app version number are you using?
App issues can be reported to eBay by shaking your device while the app is active if that feature is enabled and the app is still running.
If you have not already tried, it might be worth uninstalling the eBay app, restarting your device, then installing the latest version of the eBay app. The restart in between should ensure a clean install, which may help if the problem is related to a past installation.
If that does not help or if your operating system does not support the latest version of the eBay app, uninstall the app and use a browser to reach ebay.co.uk instead.
