Ebay Simple Delivery - Royal Mail Book Collection not working on the Ebay App | Mobile Apps

I've had this issue a couple of times when going to send off an order for a buyer it gives me to option to get the prepaid label or book a collection via Royal Mail under Ebay Simple Delivery, however if I book a collection on the app it seems to act as if it's all gone throuhg, but I get no email confirmation from Ebay or Royal Mail and it lets me reclick the book a collection button however many times I like and keep going through the proicess which makes no difference, the only way I have resolved this is by doing this via the website, so the app seems to have a bug in regards to booking a Royal Mail Simple Delivery Collection and sending confirmation email.
