Anyone else not receiving eBay notifications of offers or sales? It started this weekend for me. Not receiving them on my phone via the app, nor on my computer via email. Anyone else?

·6 months agoTry turning notifications off and back on, or restarting the app. Make sure you have the latest version of the eBay app.
Just because you have not changed your notification settings does not necessarily mean your settings have not changed; it is not uncommon for an app update to alter your default settings, unfortunately.
If you have the Android version of the eBay app, there is a notification diagnostic tool that can test notifications and let you know if any of your settings are interfering with notifications. One often overlooked setting involves a battery saver option that can put the app to sleep, so notifications do not appear until the app is opened again.

·6 months agoYes, I had a sale almost fall through the cracks. It went through on 3/4 but I never received a notification. Finally saw it by accident while looking at something else on my Seller page. Fortunately this is the last day I could have shipped it without a penalty. I normally get instant notification via the eBay app on my phone and via email. When I tried to report it I just got the bot that tells you to check your Seller Notifications settings (which I've never changed). Useless!
