I was offered a fifty dollar discount if I buy off the app. It said shop now. How, or where do I put in the item number of what I want. I am About to give up on this thing,

If you add the item to your Watch List in your browser and you are signed in to the same eBay account on the app, you should be able to find the item on your Watch List in the app. Or in your Recently Viewed items.
Or you can search for the item by title or enter the item number in the app's search bar.
