Ebay App on iPad crashes after sending email
since a few weeks, the ebay app crashes (becomes completeley unresponsive, has to be restarted) when sharing an item through email. happens everytime. newest iPadOS 18.4.1 (and previous version), already reinstalled ebay app.
(on iPhone this works without problems)

OP1 year agonope, the option to report a technical problem does not appear, not on iPhone and not on iPad. I am in Europe, in a non-english language setting.

·1 year agoIt shouldn't matter whether you're in Switzerland or the US. Reporting is the same across the app. Did you shake your device while the app was open?
Another option is you can go to the website eBay.com and click the ? icon on the lower right of the page to file a tech report. If you go through the website make sure to say the problem is with your iPad, not iPhone, and include your iPad OS version and eBay app version in the report.

File a tech report - it's fast and easy and eBay does review these reports.
Through the app:
1. Shake your device while the app is open and that will trigger the option for you to file a tech report or submit feedback on product features.
2. Anywhere you see the three dots or the ? you can tap on that to file a report. Screenshot below.
