·4 months agoThe latest ebay ios app prefers and works with ios 18.0 or better. No one knows why they are not coding for even recent versions which many people still use.
They're losing money, I'd think. This is a common question here.

What operating system version number and app version number are you using?
If uninstalling/restarting/reinstalling does not help or if your operating system does not support the latest version of the eBay app, report the issue to eBay by shaking your device while the app is active if you can, then uninstall the app or disable the feature that automatically opens eBay browser links in the app and use a browser to reach ebay.co.uk instead.

Try uninstalling the eBay app, restarting your device, then installing the latest version of the app from The App Store.
If that does not help, use a mobile browser to go to ebay.co.uk instead of using the eBay app, at least until there is a newer update to try.
If eBay browser links are opening automatically in the nonworking app, you can disable that by tapping and holding a browser link and choosing "do not open in the app".
