That's an active-content thing, the zoom relies on scripting in the template that the eBay mobile app blocks, so the enlarge just doesn't fire. The fix is to make sure your actual product photos are loaded into eBay's own image slots rather than only embedded in the Auctiva template, since those get the native zoom. I moved my templates into the designer in 3Dsellers to strip out the old active content and the mobile images behave now. Desktop is more forgiving, which is why it looks fine there but breaks in the app.
