eBay app image search not working
eBay item image search not working in app. It gives loosely relevant results. It on the eBay website it works fine. Please help fix this

·1 week agoBe sure you are using "Best match" for your image search or the results you see will be much less relevant. The image search should default to "Best match", but if you have locked in a different sort order that may be an issue for you.

OP1 week agoBest match was the only option listed at the time and no lockable filters were on. This morning it is working about but intermittently. Seems like they might have fixed the problem

OP1 week agoMine has started working again intermittently this morning. Also if yours still isn’t working try using the mobile browser image search for comps.

At least one user has indicated that deleting the eBay app, restarting, and then reinstalling the latest version of the app allowed image searches to work again.

OP1 week agoI’ve done that multiple times, restarted the phone multiple times , uninstalled for hours and then reinstalled and nothing has fixed thus far

OP1 week agoYes I did a couple times throughout the day. Multiple people have been complaining of this since yesterday on different eBay forums as well.

OP1 week agoNothing yet. I’ve been having to use the mobile browser version to use image search. The only advice is to keep submitting requests until this is solved. Numerous people have been complaining about this.
