·11 months agoIf you haven't already, delete the app, reboot phone, then do a clean app install. If that doesn't work, log in through the website for now.
I also suggest submitting a tech report. Since you can't do that through the app, do it through the website by tapping the ? icon on the lower right corner. Then choose the report tech issue link at the bottom of the pop up.
