I would like to report a problem with the eBay Android app.
The application displays the message “Server unavailable” and is no longer working properly.
I have tested the application on several different Android phones, and the same problem occurs on all of them. Therefore, it does not appear to be an issue specific to one particular phone.
I have also attached a screenshot showing the error message.
Could you please check whether this is a known issue with the Android version of the eBay app, a server-side problem, or an issue requiring an application update?

Je souhaite signaler un problème avec l’application eBay sur Android.
L’application affiche le message « Serveur non disponible » et ne fonctionne plus correctement.
J’ai testé l’application sur plusieurs téléphones Android différents, et le même problème se produit sur tous les appareils. Il ne semble donc pas s’agir d’un problème spécifique à un téléphone particulier.
J’ai également joint une capture d’écran montrant le message d’erreur.
Pouvez-vous vérifier s’il s’agit d’un problème connu avec la version Android de l’application eBay, d’un problème côté serveur ou d’un problème nécessitant une mise à jour de l’application ?

What operating system version number(s) and app version number(s) are you using?
If uninstalling/restarting/reinstalling does not help or if your operating system does not support the latest version of the eBay app, report the issue to eBay by shaking your device while the app is active if you can, then uninstall the app or disable the feature that automatically opens eBay browser links in the app and use a browser to reach eBay instead.
