Counteroffers Broke
Since the update, counter offers are broken. If I get a normal offer on a listing and accept it, all is well and the sale is good. However, if I send out offers and someone sent back a counter offer and I accept it, nothing happens. I do not get the sale. The listing remains active as if nothing happened. The photo issue with the new update is annoying but the counter offers being broken is unacceptable and costing me sales!

If what you say is true, that "someone sent back a counter offer and I accept it, nothing happens. I do not get the sale." that is costing both you and eBay hard money.
How many times have you confirmed this?
I would suggest a work-around of disallowing counteroffers. Maybe put in the offer message to send counter offers as new offers because of technical issues.
Just reading this is infuriating. What a horrible app roll out. I sure hope someone's employment is held responsible for this major version change rollout at eBay.

OP2 years agoeBay, are you reading this? Could someone please confirm or deny the payment process has changed with this update? Are items now remaining active until a payment comes through? This is a drastic change from years prior and would have been great to have been sent some sort of email or at least a list of changes with this update on the app. This is pretty significant and something that needs to be confirmed. Otherwise, I would have to change all of my offers to not allow counter offers which isn’t great at all.

Last week prior to this new 6.140.0 version update, accepting a counter-offer moves the item into "Waiting for Payment"
