Anytime I try to go to my cart the app closes. I even deleted the app and still no change. Is there something I’m doing wrong?

·1 month agoApp crashing when viewing basket. Everytime I try to view the basket, the app quits. I’ve tried logging out and back in again, uninstalled and reinstalled and deleted data in the app, I tried that again and restarted my phone in between. Still crashes when I view my basket. Using iPhone 17 pro max on iOS 26.5.1. Using latest eBay app version from store. Help!

·1 month agoHi every time I go to my car and click on it it keeps crashing and going back to my own screen on my phone. I’ve got an iPhone. Is there a problem?

What operating system version number and app version number are you using?
If uninstalling/restarting/reinstalling does not help or if your operating system does not support the latest version of the eBay app, report the issue to eBay by shaking your device while the app is active if you can, then uninstall the app or disable the feature that automatically opens eBay browser links in the app and use a browser to reach eBay instead.
