Can You Manage Your Store on the App?
I can't change any of the store settings on my computer browsers because they are outdated. Can you change store settings or categories on the app? I'm not seeing a way to do it.

·8 months agoI have an Apple iPhone and can pretty much do anything on the eBay APP.
It also depends what phone you have.
You got to be more specific.
The 'payments' area is so much better on my iPhone and quicker.

OP8 months agoIt's an Apple iPhone 14+. I can't find how to manage the store on there but I totally agree about the payments. I always do them from there!

·8 months agoTry using a mobile browser in desktop mode. Open your mobile browser and go to ebay.com. Then there should be an option in the three dot menu of most browsers to choose the "desktop site". As long as you open links in the same browser tab, it should stay in desktop mode.
If eBay links open in the app automatically you may need to disable that. Exact details depend on your operating system.
Alternatively, can you install a newer browser on your desktop machine? What operating system are you using on your desktop?

OP8 months agoThat worked! Thank you! I don't have any pictures on my tablet, they are on my computer, but at least I can get them on there and update the store for January.
