Can no longer filter shoes by size
Since yesterday (12-6) I no longer have the option to filter by “size†for shoes. Even after picking the category like “men’s shoes†or even “sub-category†like “athletic†the size filter doesn’t appear. It used to always appear after selecting the category. Filters like color and width appear, but not size. I’m using the mobile app. Can anyone help?

·7 months agoI’m having the same issue. A few days ago, you were able to search for a shoe and either filter by size/sizes right away or would have to drill down a level in the category to confirm it’s a clothing/shoe item for the size filter to show up. Now, it does not show up in the filters no matter what I do!! The only time it shows up is in the main search results area as “bubbles†but not all the sizes are shown and you cannot select multiple sizes. Very frustrating!!

What kind of shoe and what size are you searching for?
Any difference if you try another browser?

·7 months agoAny shoe.. The issue is in the app. I am able to filter in an actual browser without issue.

·7 months agoIn the eBay app, when I search, as soon as I change the category to a shoe category, the size options appear at the top of the search. From there, I can open the filter menu and choose multiple sizes.

·7 months agoWhen I choose a size, I can see that I now have 1 filter selected but when i open the filters, it still won’t show. I’m on an older iOS version so that could be the culprit.

·7 months agoHey man, not sure if you’re still having this issue but I’ve been having the same issue for the past few weeks. I finally just deleted my eBay app on my phone and then went to the App Store to reinstall it. The shoe size filter is back and working perfectly for me now. Hope this helps.

·7 months agoUnfortunately I’m still having the issue even after a reinstall. However, I can’t download the latest app version due to my iOS. I plan to update my iOS tonight and hopefully that’ll resolve the issue.

·8 months agoAfter choosing 'mens' and then 'mens shoes', scroll down a bit, it's now in a 'bubble drop down' and you click the size. You can also first choose 'athletic' or 'dress' etc. and even brand- then 'size' etc.

OP8 months agoI’m still not seeing it. I’ve scrolled all the way and looked everywhere, tried every combination of sub-category. Below are my options, no matter if I pick brand, athletic, etc.

·8 months agoIf you are not seeing filter options, try including the size as a search keyword. You may have to make sure that the results are the right size, as many listings include multiple different sizes corresponding to men's or women's sizes, or different country sizing, but you should be able to eliminate some listings that do not include your size number at all.

·3 weeks agoThis doesn’t solve the initial question. I’m still sifting through irrelevant listings even with extra words in the search. Anyone find a fix?!

·3 weeks agoIf a clean install of the latest version of the eBay app does not show size options when searching by keyword and changing to a shoe category, report the issue to eBay directly using the "shake to report" feature and then use a browser to search and filter by size until there is a new version of the app to try.
