Discussion interactions are currently paused.
App won’t load while on cellular service- only loads while on Wifi.
I have dealt with this for a while - upgraded to a new iPhone yesterday as a last resort- problem persists- while at home or on wifi the app works as expected- when I am not on a wifi service but cellular only the app will not load - I have 5g - a new iphone 14 - latest versions of app- I’ve been to Apple Store with old phone for support but I can’t resolve the issue- please help

·2 years agoI'm having same issue, iPhone 13, iOS 17.1.2, the App won't connect on cellular data. When I open Safari and navigate to eBay I get the message "Safari can't open the page because the server can't be found".
The settings to access cellular data for eBay is enabled. My data is fine for anything else, no problems streaming or accessing anything else I'm aware of.
On wifi service at home, office, Starbucks, all fine.
Does anyone have any other suggestions what to check?

On your iPhone Go to settings
while in settings type data in the search bar.
Check to see if Data is off or on.
If the switch is green that means its on. If not it's off , you will want to turn it on.
