App update is dreadful. - has put me off using it
New app update is dreadful. Very difficult to view saved items. Has made it difficult to use. Whoever thinks this was a good idea needs to be fired! Has put me of using ebay . Please revert back to previous version unless you want to loose customers

·2 years agoIf you are using the eBay app and search results are shown in a format where a single item takes up most of the screen, go to your Filter menu and scroll down to the View options to choose between Gallery view, List view, or the single-item-per-screen view.
Sometimes an eBay update will change your preferences and you must go back and set them again.

OP1 year agoThanks - have never had to reset preferences though. Perhaps they should let you know on the app store
