App turn off itself when in basket
App is turning off when look up into the basket, functions like open a case not as described or not delivered are not working at all, I have checked with customer service and my account has not any restrictions.

What operating system version number and app version number are you using?
If uninstalling/restarting/reinstalling does not help or if your operating system does not support the latest version of the eBay app, report the issue to eBay by shaking your device while the app is active if you can, then uninstall the app or disable the feature that automatically opens eBay browser links in the app and use a browser to reach eBay instead.
