App suddenly not loading on iPhone 16 Pro Max
App not loading just freezing on eBay welcome screen. Tried deleting app & reinstalling, also upgraded to latest iOS version with no luck… same problem. Tried logging on with partners account, still same issue. App does seem to be working on iPad and iPhone SE. Was working fine until today.
Anyone else having problems?

·6 months agoI’ve been having problems since February 26 and today is February 28 and I still can’t get into the eBay app through my iPhone 16 Pro Max. I’ve done updates on my phone. I have re-downloaded the app and nothing.

OP6 months agoHave you also uploaded iOS to the latest version as well as the app? It should now work as I have the same setup 👍
