What operating system version number and app version number are you using?
If uninstalling/restarting/reinstalling does not help or if your operating system does not support the latest version of the eBay app, report the issue to eBay if you can, then uninstall the app or disable the feature that automatically opens eBay browser links in the app and use a browser to reach ebay.co.uk instead.
