App not working - unable to get postage label
I have an item I need to post to a customer but nothing will load on the app.
Each page I have tried to load comes up with a different error message.
I wondered if it was a network issue but I have tried other apps and sites and they work fine. Please can you resolve this asap as I cannot post a purchased item.
I have taken screenshots but am unable to post here for some reason.
The error messages showing are:
Orders page: invalid access token
Notifications page: try tapping reload to try again
Selling page: there was a network error - retry

Make sure you have the latest version of the eBay app and that your operating system supports it. Try uninstalling the app, restarting your device, then installing the latest version of the app, sign in and try again. Make sure your country location is set correctly.
Or else try printing that label using a browser by going to ebay.co.uk instead.
