App not working, can access through laptop

·1 year agoI'm surprised there are not more threads on this issue as it seems pretty wide spread and, for me at least, has been happening for at least 6 hours. Others are reporting some app issues. You can report app issues to eBay by shaking your phone while the app is active.
See if you can use a mobile browser instead of the app. If the app is set to automatically open eBay browser links, you may have to disable that first.
