App no longer opens properly
Recently when I click on the app, I just get a loading screen with the spinning spiral and nothing loads. I’ve tried leaving it for a few minutes, no success. I’ve tried checking for an update, but it is fully updated already. I still get notifications from the app, but I can’t use it

What operating system version number and app version number are you using?
If uninstalling/restarting/reinstalling does not help or if your operating system does not support the latest version of the eBay app, report the issue to eBay by shaking your device while the app is active if you can, then uninstall the app or disable the feature that automatically opens eBay browser links in the app and use a browser to reach eBay instead.
