App keeps crashing when I click on cart
Not sure why this is happening now. Has never happened in the past. Need to purchase some items right now but I’m unable due to the crashes.

·1 month agoWhat operating system version number and app version number are you using?
If uninstalling/restarting/reinstalling does not help or if your operating system does not support the latest version of the eBay app, report the issue to eBay by shaking your device while the app is active if you can, then uninstall the app or disable the feature that automatically opens eBay browser links in the app and use a browser to reach eBay instead.

OP1 month agoThanks. I was able to troubleshoot and resolve the issue. I did uninstall then reinstall but that did not work. But, what did the trick was opening the app, clicking on the eBay live tab, stopping the auto play feature, closing then reopening.
