App keeps crashing when go to basket

Every time I go to the basket the app crashes and closes down

·3 weeks agoSame can you all shake phone whilst on app and report to eBay , I rang this morning they claim to know nothing about it , but I reported fault, it does actually work ok on web eBay but I would prefer the app was working

·3 weeks agoWhat operating system version number and app version number are you using?
If uninstalling/restarting/reinstalling does not help or if your operating system does not support the latest version of the eBay app, report the issue to eBay by shaking your device while the app is active if you can, then uninstall the app or disable the feature that automatically opens eBay browser links in the app and use a browser to reach eBay instead.

OP3 weeks agoWell I have 2 iPhones one running 26.5.2 the other iPhone running on 18.7.9 and both do the same thing so can’t be the iOS

·3 weeks agoeBay app version 6.264.0.1 seems to be working fine with Android 15 with no cart issues.

OP3 weeks agoTried everything like you have and still the same issues and it can’t just be iPhones as a friend has a new iPhone and it works on his phone and his is running the same iOS as one of mine so I’m confused
