App issues
I can’t get the eBay app to connect. It won’t finish loading when I sign in; it just goes through the rainbow colors and continues forever. Sometimes it kicks me out. Other times, the page is black. I’ve deleted and reloaded the app twenty times. Restarted my phone. Cleared all the history and cache. I’m current with the latest Apple IOS update. I can go through Google but it’s not as good as the app ( if it were working). What’s going on, eBay?

·5 months agoSeveral issues with the app starting around 3/1/26. Unable to scroll up in the description box and price box. I have to keeping dropping the keyboard up and down or blind type or backspace without seeing the characters that need deleted. I've reported this twice. Second issue- receiving notification to send offers for 10, 14 or 19 etc items but when I try to send an offer on any of the items an error message appears saying something went wrong try again later. If I go out to the home screen and try to go back all of the notification disappear without me ever sending them an offer. Reported this twice as well.
