What operating system version number and app version number are you using?
App issues can be reported to eBay by shaking your device while the app is active if that feature is enabled and the app is still running.
If you have not already tried, it might be worth uninstalling the eBay app, restarting your device, then installing the latest version of the eBay app. The restart in between should ensure a clean install, which may help if the problem is related to a past installation.
If that does not help or if your operating system does not support the latest version of the eBay app, uninstall the app and use a browser to reach ebay.co.uk instead.
Yeah I have tried all of what you mentioned and still the app doesn’t load and crashes, I’m on the latest IOS and app for the iPhone 17, so now my laptop and browser is the only way to get online, I did send eBay customer support a message but nothing which I’m not surprised, well I sure it will be working again soon
Have you tried using a mobile browser on your phone instead of the app?
Reporting by shaking your device while the app is active provides unique device data directly to eBay and is superior to sending a message to customer support via other means, as long as the app is working well enough to send the report.
The app isn’t stable enough to get to shake to report but my trusted laptop is filling while the app is completely dead, broken, unstable and unusable. it’s a bit of a pain using 2 different devices to list, one for pictures and the other to actually list an item to sell
