App is down
Faulty new update!
Just been three days trying to open my app but nothing shows up after ages and ages waiting then I give up. Got few things in basket need to buy them but nothing loads up. I’ve tried cellular and WiFi network thought maybe network issues but when I check my internet speed it was 567 download and 137 upload but app still doesn’t load anything since new update. Please sort xx

What operating system version number and app version number are you using?
If uninstalling/restarting/reinstalling does not help or if your operating system does not support the latest version of the eBay app, report the issue to eBay by shaking your device while the app is active if you can, then uninstall the app or disable the feature that automatically opens eBay browser links in the app and use a browser to reach eBay instead.
