App freezing when selecting “My Ebay” tab ios

Hello, the last two versions of the app have been freezing when I click on my eBay tab on the bottom. The latest version actually worked at first, but now it is exhibiting the same behavior as the last version of freezing.

·2 weeks agoThe eBay iOS app becomes completely frozen when I select the My eBay tab. I cannot navigate, scroll, or select another tab. I can only force-close the app. Reinstalling the app temporarily fixes the problem, but it returns after using the app. This is happening repeatedly.

·3 weeks agoI have been running into this same issue for about a week or so. The app works until I go to the My EBay tab then it freezes up.

·3 weeks ago · EditedHaving the same issue. Works after a reinstall for one session, then right back to freezing up. I’ve reported the problem. Hopefully they will have a fixed update soon.

·3 weeks agoI’m having the same problem. App is current update version for the and ios26.6 on iPhone 14. Hasn’t functioned correctly for 1 1/2 weeks. If I offload and reload the app, it works normal gor one iteration then freezes on the MyEbay option. Interestingly, the app functions perfectly on an IPad Air (5th gen) running iOS 26.3.1

·3 weeks agoMine is doing the same thing. I’ve updated the app, deleted the app, rebooted the phone, reinstalled the app, it works and then goes back to locking up.

·3 weeks agoMine is doing the same thing. I downloaded the new update to fix and it worked very briefly like only a couple times. When I go to “My EBay” it completely freezes and I have to close the entire app to do anything else. I am using the iPhone

Any difference if you uninstall the app, reboot your device, then install the latest version of the eBay app?

OP3 weeks agoJust tried it. App works on initial download. But once it is closed and open again, it freezes everytime I touch the My Ebay tab on the bottom. Ios 26.6 iphone 15 pro max
