App freezing up
What is happening with the app??? My app was working fine and after I did an update yesterday, it’s messed up. It freezes as soon as I open it. I do all of my ebay on my phone and now I can’t do anything. I wish I hadn’t done the update. Anyone else having this issue?

The app is problematic for a lot of users (including app crashing) because of eBay Live autoplay. My hope is this weekend's app update will fix it. Try to hang in for a couple more days and use the web browser for now until the next app update launches.
I also suggest submitting feedback to eBay - it's fast and easy and eBay does review these reports.
Options through the app:
1. Shake your device while the app is open and that will trigger the option for you to file a tech report or submit feedback on product features.
2. Anywhere you see the three dots or the ? you can tap on that to file a report. Screenshot below.
On the web:
Click the ? icon on the bottom right corner of almost any eBay page and that will trigger the option to file a tech report, submit feedback to eBay, and more. Screenshots here.
