App freezes when opening a product
I’ve always used the app in the past, I haven't buy stuff in some time but needed to buy something, so downloaded the app today 01/13/26
I have an iPhone 17 pro and not sure if it’s something on my end but I've restarted the app and my phone and every time i look at a product the app completely freezes.

What operating system version number and app version number are you using?
App issues can be reported to eBay by shaking your device while the app is active if that feature is enabled and the app is still running.
If you have not already tried, it might be worth uninstalling the eBay app, restarting your device, then installing the latest version of the eBay app. The restart in between should ensure a clean install, which may help if the problem is related to a past installation.
If that does not help or if your operating system does not support the latest version of the eBay app, uninstall the app and use a browser to reach ebay.com instead.
