App freezes on IOS 26.6 Can’t buy shipping labels.
My iPhone 13 Pro was updated to IOS 26.6 on July 27. Since then, the App freezes and crashes every time I attempt to scroll down the shipping options page to purchase a label. The workaround is to purchase shipping labels on the website through Safari. Not an efficient use of my time.
Is this a widespread issue?

·1 month agoThe same issue. Latest version of iOS and app version. Uninstalled and reinstalled app, but still not working.

·1 month agoAny difference if you uninstall the app, reboot, then install the latest version of the app once more?

OPAug 18, 2026 at 5:17 AMDeleted the app, rebooted and reinstalled it several times. No help. Not sure if today’s IOS 26.6.1 update has resolved the issue. I will confirm after my next sale.
