App expired

I havenâ€™t been able to use eBay for a couple of months following the botched upgrade of the app. The email they sent me required me to either upgrade iOS or to uninstall and reinstall the app with an older version. Iâ€™ve tried the uninstall and reinstall route and all that happens is it reinstall an app that has already expired. What do I do if I am not willing or able to update iOS

For iOS 16 or later, the uninstall/reinstall instructions here should solve it. How to update your eBay app

For older systems running iOS 15 or earlier, you can access eBay from a web browser on your device. Delete the eBay app so links open in your browser instead of the app.
