If uninstalling/restarting/reinstalling does not help, report the issue to eBay by shaking your device while the app is active if you can, then uninstall the app or disable the feature that automatically opens eBay browser links in the app and use a browser to reach ebay.com instead.

Put the tracking number into www.usps.com.
