What operating system version number and app version number are you using?
If uninstalling/restarting/reinstalling does not help or if your operating system does not support the latest version of the eBay app, report the issue to eBay by shaking your device while the app is active if you can, then uninstall the app or disable the feature that automatically opens eBay browser links in the app and use a browser to reach eBay instead.
If the problem is just with the main eBay app screen, see here for a potential workaround to let you reach other screens:
Which app? Android or Apple? Was it working before but has stopped? Was it a first install? Did you try a reinstall? If Apple, is it IOS 17 or better (16 might sometimes work)?
Much more info is needed.
And yeah, the ebay apps have always been buggy but generally they work if they are up to date and on relatively recent IOS's.
