The app continues to freeze on me. I’m worried that it may have been ‘hacked’ but then, my account remains safe. It is weird because I can not “reload” it after countless efforts.

What operating system version number and app version number are you using?
If uninstalling/restarting/reinstalling does not help or if your operating system does not support the latest version of the eBay app, report the issue to eBay by shaking your device while the app is active if you can, then uninstall the app or disable the feature that automatically opens eBay browser links in the app and use a browser to reach eBay instead.

·2 weeks agoI am unwilling to pay higher Ebay fees to provide you or anyone else with increased human support.
I suggest you learn how to use a browser on your phone to access Ebay.
The apps are constantly failing for some portion of their users, probably because of the lack of discipline in smartphone operating systems and the failure of the manufacturers and carriers to promptly update the operating systems with bug fixes.
