App completely frozen
I’m on day 2 of having to use eBay via browser because when I open the app nothing shows up on the main page, the buttons at the bottom do but pressing on any of them does nothing. I’m on an iPhone and everything is updated. The fact that the browser site is fine obviously means app issues. I see many reports on here of similar problems.

2. Reboot phone (don't skip this step)
3. Do a clean install of the app
If that doesn't fix the problem, then use the web browser until this weekend when the next app update is released, and hopefully that will resolve the problems you're having. eBay Live videos autoplaying are crashing the app for a lot of users, and I don't know if that's what's causing your problem.
