App closes instantly after opening! I have the latest version of the app and latest iOS installed, and have tried removing and reinstalling…. Device is an iPhone 14.

Several sellers are reporting the problem with the iOS app. An eBay rep on this board checked in on the issue today and said the tech team is still working on it.

Can you use the web browser until the next version of the app is released then try updating again?

·3 years agoDid you try restarting the iPhone in between uninstalling the app and reinstalling? That should ensure a clean install.
