Android App not working since 17th March 2026 update
Since the app update I haven't been able to look at any page apart from the home page. I can't check my selling page. I couldn't get through to the post my item page so I had to go on my laptop. I also can't check my favourites, I can't check my saved sellers. Perhaps his needs fixing! Like there is no functionality at all except being able to browse items.

What operating system version number and app version number are you using?
eBay app version 6.248.1.1 seems to be working for me on an Android 15 phone.
If uninstalling/restarting/reinstalling does not help or if your operating system does not support the latest version of the eBay app, uninstall the app or disable the feature that automatically opens eBay browser links in the app and use a browser to reach ebay.com instead.

·5 months agoIf your app isn’t working you can still get on eBay with your devices web browser.
eBay is not limited to just being on an app.
