Android app not accepting offers from buyers

I have missed out on a few sales due to this. When I accept an offer or counteroffer it doesn't sell the item but looks as though it resends the same offer back to the buyer. I don't know how it shows up on the buyers end but my guess is it doesn't notify them at all because the buyer never ends up buying the item.
