After Photo Upload on Listing, No Save or Done
Hello. I've been trying to list items on Ebay using the Ebay App. I'm prompted to upload or take photos. Once I upload them from my phone, I can't proceed forward, as there is no "done" or "save" button. In addition, I'm continually getting notifications from Ebay to add photos. Anyone have any advice? Thanks!!

·2 years agoI am having this issue today. Tried on my phone first, now tried on my computer (browser based, Chrome). Photos appear after upload but when completing the listing I get an error message prompting me to add photos as none of mine appear. Only the stock photo. Help!

·2 years agoHi, thanks for the suggestion. Unfortunately after deleting the app and reinstalling it, I’m still unable to add photos to the any drafts.
I’ve included 3 screen shots, which I’m able to do by tapping the picture icon above and selecting “choose†photos from my library.
when I tap the bubble icon w/ ( … ) in any of the photos, these are my only 2 options.
 
the photo below shows what I see after adding photos from my library- a white line at the bottom middle of the screen, nothing happens if you swipe it tap it etc.
 
if you have any further suggestions, please let me know.

·2 years agoI am having the same issues & update/uninstall-reinstall did not work. My photos show listing I started yesterday which still has the “done†button which allows you to continue the listing…the photo without the button is a listing I started today… you can’t leave the photos without closing the app thus not saving the photos.

·2 years agoMy issue is identical to 8jiroc.
Fine yesterday, now no option to save photos in draft or continue in any way. Only way to leave that screen is to completely close the app which then loses the photos I’ve just uploaded.

·2 years agoI’m having the same issue on my iPhone. I just spent four hours taking photos and then editing them. There isn’t a prompt after adding or taking photos for your listing. I did go back into a current listing and was able to add photos. Looks like they’ll changing the interface on the mobile app. It would be nice if they would tell us in advance.
if I figure anything out or it changes back to where it used to be, I’ll post on here again.
