Active listing not showing in Seller dashboard
a few weeks ago, the number of active listing stop showing up on the seller dashboard within the iOS app. and now just shows two dashes (- -). the only number that shows is the number of orders.
how do I fix it or report it?

OP7 months agoFollowed those steps. I worked at first but reverted back.

·7 months agoThen report it as a tech issue using the ? or ... or shake function.
Make sure your iOS is up to date, too.

·7 months agoHi @willradarcardscollectibles . I'm not having that problem on the iOS app, nor have I seen others reporting it. As a first step you should do a clean install.
1. Delete eBay app.
2. Reboot your device.
3. Do a clean install of the app.
If that doesn't fix the problem you can shake your device or tap the ? or ... and report a tech issue. But chances are this will be fixed with a clean install.

Ishould mentioned, I tried that but will again since I updated the updated the app today and was hoping that fixed it.

·7 months agoNo prob. Rebooting your device between deleting/reinstalling is key to the clean install process.
