Ability to search sold and completed missing on my app
I can no longer filter by completed or sold when I use the latest version of the eBay app on my iPhone. Is this a glitch? Was it intentional to remove that function? If the change was intentional, please let me know how I can re-install the older version of the app as that is the only reason I use the eBay app.

OP4 months agoI uninstalled and then reinstalled the app and now it works. Guess I should have tried that first before posting.

Many things seem much more obvious in retrospect compared to when you are facing an issue for the first time.

I am having the same issue. It is 5/22 about 1:45pm CST. I came here to see if this was happening to anyone else. I have an Android phone.
I am like you, this is the only reason I have the app... to check comps while I am out sourcing.

What version number of the eBay app are you using?
I am using 6.257.1.1 for Android and I still seem to be able to filter by sold or completed listings.

OP4 months agoI have version 6.257.0.2 on my iPhone. (The previous version I had that allowed me to filter completed and sold was 6.255.0.1.)

·4 months agoI am using the same version that you are on Android, and I cannot find the complete and sold in the filters. I removed the app, and downloaded it again, but it's still missing.

Try searching using keywords. Then on the search results page use the Filter menu in the upper left. Use the "Show more" option if it appears. The "completed items" and "sold items" options should be in the list if you scroll down.

·4 months agoThat's the way it always worked, but it just wasn't today. After reading all of the comments here, I removed the app again, waited a few minutes and downloaded it again. Presto! It's working now.
