“Shipped†but not “Shipped to youâ€
This is feedback about the eBay iPhone app.
In My eBay an item I recently purchased shows it’s been paid and shipped, because both “Paid†and “Shipped†are checked in the progress bar.
But when I click on “Track Package†further below, “Shipped to You†isn’t checked.
I think this happens when a tracking number has been created but the shipping company hasn’t received the package yet.
To see “Shipped†checked but “Shipped to You†not checked, is confusing and contradictory.
Usually it only lasts a short time until the item gets into the system, but my latest purchase has been like this for several days. That delay isn’t eBay’s fault but the confusing status is.
eBay please fix this.
